Interiors by Jade was established in 2003, we are a professional residential and commercial interior construction and fit-out firm based in Trinidad and Tobago. As organizations, continue changing their strategies in the workplace, as different design trends change and appeal to different clients, we at Interiors by Jade continue to also be dynamic by taking a proactive approach and expanding our skill set and services to meet the client’s needs.

We pride ourselves in building a relationship with each client, getting to know them, we do this by delivering personalised attention from our General Manager who meets with each client, we listen carefully to their expectations and take you from conceptualization, visualization and ultimately the goal, materialization.

We manage all the details. The service we provide will allow you to concentrate on your core activities, be it be focusing on your family for residential clients or returning to company strategies and operations for our commercial clients. Ultimately, to sum it all up we provide a high level of quality in an all rounded service package, we call, SPIC.

CONTRACTING SERVICES

We provide all aspects of contracting services in relation to residential and commercial renovation and outfitting works. Floor finishing, ceilings, walls, electrical, plumbing, furniture|fixtures|equipment, pools, landscaping etc.
We employ a very small and only when necessary a dedicated task force of project managers. This ensures that challenges and needs of the client are solved in a timely fashion resulting in timely solutions.
In addition to our range of services, we periodically draw on the expertise of various consultants, engineers and architects as the job may require.

RESTAURANT CREATION | OUTFITTING

If you’re looking for a certified Restaurant | Bar build out Contractor to manage a really complex job, consider this project a testament to my abilities to deliver quality results on time and within budget. I worked closely with the Architect Rejane Limited to bring their designs and drawings to life, the success of the outcome speaks for itself.

RESIDENTIAL RENOVATIONS

For this project we worked closely alongside the architect - Liza De Silva and the client to realise their intentions. As with many residential renovation projects the scope took many revisions as challenges kept presenting them selves. In particular was the electrical and plumbing which necessitated an almost full re-do with all the layout variations. We ensure that variations are logged, approved and cost tracked closely so there are no surprises to either side on the budget. projects of this nature are effort driven invoiced so that any stage all parties are at a fair and comfortable position.

COMMERCIAL INTERIORS

Most commercial projects require various compliance measures to make sure the works follows stringent industry standards. Coupled with tight deadlines and budget constraints projects of this nature poses the toughest challenges. These are a few that were completed on time and within budget. From the QPCC cricket museum to office fit-outs it’s a great example of our dedication to deliver a quality product and see it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
